An international conference in Bragança highlighted collaboration within the European STARS EU alliance. It fostered dialogue, showcased projects, and promoted academic innovation. Notably, Professor Inês Barbedo presented the Embrace project, emphasizing its potential to strengthen collaboration and innovation in higher education, especially within the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB) community.
On 1st February 2024, an international conference was held in Bragança that was largely marked by the significant collaboration between the various partners of the European STARS EU alliance.
This event provided a unique opportunity for participants to take the time to reflect and outline the future of academic relations, underlining the pervasive importance of this event as a true catalyst for collaboration and innovation in higher education.
The event was not only a space for dialogue, but also a fundamental milestone in which various projects were presented, becoming a focal point for the presentation and exchange of enriching ideas. This dynamic sought to promote the development and creation of new opportunities for collaboration between institutions and the academic community. This event was particularly significant and included the participation of Professor Inês Barbedo, who had the honour of presenting the Embrace project. This presentation was aimed not only at external partners, but also at the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB) community.
The main aim of the professor’s participation was to promote the project, highlighting the relevance and impact that initiatives of this kind can have on building a more collaborative and innovative future in higher education.
